Using MyPresento means you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Website development, premium templates, digital products, AI features and related business services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Prices may change. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

Project timelines depend on client cooperation, approvals and content submission.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Redistribution or resale is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

All branding, templates, designs, software and content belong to MyPresento or its licensors.

You must not misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activity.

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Digital products and downloadable templates are generally non-refundable once delivered. Website development refunds depend on project progress. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once development has started, cancellations are assessed based on completed work.

Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. MyPresento does not guarantee uninterrupted service, business growth, revenue, search rankings or lead generation. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPresento is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to indemnify MyPresento against claims arising from misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
